::Köpte min cykel här i höstas och har sedan dess bytt däck hos dem två gånger. Snabb service och den gången det uppstod problem löstes det på plats direkt utan några konstigheter. Två tummar upp!

::I went there with a punctured wheel (just the wheel), and I had just the inner tube changed. A cordial guy, but 289 SEK for a less-than-5-minutes work and 30 SEK (?) material cost seems way too much to me. Won't be back. Edited: Here's the result after 24h: punctured. Probably I'm just unlucky, ok, but 99SEK and the inner tube is not even of the right size.

::When I called and described my problem they said sure and gave me a quote. But when I came in they said my particular problem is the only problem with that model they can't fix because they can't get the part. Not only did he not apologise for the inconvenience, but he justified it with "we want you to bring it in so we can have a look at it even if we have given a quote" So quotes are not to be believed and they don't mean that they can perform the task. What a joke!

::Place is a ripoff and they don't care about their customers. Also, be warned, they don't let you return merchandise except for a store credit - which I wouldn't mind if their prices weren't so inflated.
