  Söker elcykel till frugan (och snart till mig själv) och fick direkt kunnigt stöd och rätt hjälp med alla kluriga frågor. Bra kundbemötande även denna gång! Att det i övrigt var tomt i affären var väl också en orsak - men ändå. Tack!

  They have great products, you will only get high quality stuff here, and the staff are very knowledgeable about all their products, both bikes and accessories. However, they really need to take a couple of sales classes. They are often quite rude and short with people, and never helpful, and not keen on sharing their knowledge. Overall, they are pretty off-putting people to talk to. But at the end of the day, they get the job done.
