Lovely place to go for spa day. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is great too with lots to choose from. Their outdoor seating area is a great sunny spot for a coffee.

This was a lovely escape from the cold! Went here with my boyfriend and we spent nearly all day here! Was very impressed with the hot pools and saunas! There are two small pools that allow you to rotate walking between hot and cold. There is a larger cold pool to dip into, and two large hot pools, one still and the other bubbly. The bubble one is very nice as you can lay down and the bubbles come from bellow. Thought that the old pool for swimming was a very interesting historical touch that we really enjoyed! The restaurant was nice but thought it was a bit pricey. Overall would recommend to another couple looking to warm up and relax for the day! I liked that all the facilities (apart from the bathrooms of course) were mixed, as many other places only has separate saunas and hot pools! There is however a female only sauna as well.

Wow! Never experienced anything like this. It was a perfect end to a Sweden trip. There are a few too many rules about swimming suits, and nobody seems to think the quiet areas apply to them, but still - Wow! Spend the money on a massage and explore all the various saunas and steam rooms. Personal fave was the dry heat desert wind room.

Such a nice setting to unwind for a few hours. Liked the jacuzzi you could lie in and the walking hot and cold leg baths. There are 2 types of sauna and a steam room. There is a female only sauna if you don't want to have a towel around you for a bit. We only had 2hrs so wasn't enough to get around everything. We totally forgot about the pool and if you want there are gym facilities and yoga option too! Staff are helpful and if you don't speak Swedish do ask them on the rules and layout as instructions are not in English. It is extra to rent towels and slippers/flipflop are compulsory. You can buy disposable ones here. If you can I would bring your own though as easier to keep track of. There is shower gel in the shower areas but not in individual cubicles.
