::While picking up and returning the car seemed to be pretty easy and the employee who handed out the car was very friendly and uncomplicated afterwards they tried to make me pay for a damage which I did not cause. It seems to me that there is no real communication between the employees. I am going to avoid Budget (and AVIS) in future!
